[FIX] Newly created container fails to restart.

Symptoms

Conatainer is created and started successfully but the next start fails with the error below:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>vzctl restart 101
Stopping container ...
Container was stopped
Container is unmounted
Starting container ...
Windows API function call 'VzkrnlLoadHive' failed, code 0x2 CTID 101
Cannot mount disk for container 101

Cause

The issue is caused by broken OS template.

Resolution

To fix the problem it is necessary to re-install operating system template.
