Synopsis:  The update addresses the most critical
known issues of Sitebuilder 4.2 for Windows

1. [+] Block modules - All block modules can now be inserted into pages by double-clicking on the module icons on the Edit step of the Wizard.
2. [+] Forum module  - Site visitors are now able to edit or delete their own comments left in the Forum.
3. [-] Voting module - Fixed an issue with incorrect displaying of non-traditional national characters.
4. [-] Page set management - Fixed an issue with losing changes during custom page set editing in the Administrator Panel.
5. [-] Area Map module - Fixed an issue with incorrect markers placement in Google maps.
6. [-] Bugfixes - All serious and minor bugs were fixed, making Plesk Sitebuilder 4.2.3 more stable and secure.
7. [*] Guestbook module - Improved module performance.
8. [*] Image Gallery module - Improved layout of the Image Gallery page on the site.
9. [*] Improvements - Plesk Sitebuilder 4.2.3 includes a number of various improvements in terms of stability, security, and usability. Working with Plesk Sitebuilder is now easier and safer than ever.
10. [*] Design templates improvements - Plesk Sitebuilder 4.2.3 includes a number of improvements in templates design.
