Unable to update additional Dr.Web license key.

SYMPTOMS

Get following notification e-mail:

There were problems while trying to update your additional Plesk key. Plesk will continue trying.
 Details: Server response: License key is not prolongated yet.

CAUSE

Dr.Web additional license key is a 1 year purchase license key. It can not be updated automatically as it requires renewal.

RESOLUTION

If you would like to prolong your Dr.Web license for the next year, you should place the order for renewal: http://www.parallels.com/en/buyonline/plesk/linux/addons or contact with sales team for details.
