SYMPTOMS

Plesk is installed inside Virtuozzo container using the following template: Plesk_8.4.0_20080505

The following error is displayed when domain is tired to be created:

CAUSE

File tomcatmng.php is missed in very this template version.

RESOLUTION

1. For current installation: Download required file and put one inside a container to %plesk_dir%\admin\plib folder:

2. To avoid this problem in the future , please use rebuilt  Plesk_8.4.0_20080508 template for new installations.
