Resolution

Plesk configures Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) to start automatically this service is required by Plesk Firewall. It shouldn’t to be stopped or disabled.

Note: Starting from Plesk 7.5 version. Windows Firewall is used instead of RRAS.
