RESOLUTION

In order to process a tax-free order, please fax or mail in a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to our order center. Please be sure to include your email address on the fax cover sheet or within the mailed information.

This insformation should go to Element 5 (unless you are a reseller that goes through RegNow then the information should be sent there).
