Error: Failed to retrieve SpheraDependency property
from MetaBase when trying to install a Valueapp.
Resolution
Open MetaEdit, go to "Schema" in Schema go to "Properties" then "Names", make sure
"SpheraDependency" property (number 130000, the last one) exists.
Then go to "Schema-->Classes" click on IIsWebVirtualDir (the last class), go to key number 6355, open the key and in the data field go to the end of the line and add:
,SpheraDependency
