How to choose between file DSN’s or system DSN's ?

Trick

ServerDirector administrator can select to either interface with file DSN’s or system DSNs. This can be determined for each DSN ValueApp by setting the value of the _plugin_file_dsn_type property (Property is found in the account template XML node of each DSN ValueApp).
If value is true then a file DSN is created, otherwise a system DSN is created.
