Report Formatting for MS-Excel or MS-Access.

Do you enjoy the reports in ResellerDirector but require a format that can be imported into MS-Excel or MS-Access? The report generator in ResellerDirector has a helpful feature. You can produce any report that you generate in a comma separated value (CSV) format.

Trick

1. Select the report you need in ResellerDirector.

2. Click generate to create the report (which will open a new browser window with the results in HTML format).

3. In your new browser window, edit the URL, and replace the last string that reads format=html to read format=csv.

4. Press enter to reload the page.

Your report is displayed in CSV format. Now you can cut and paste the report, or click save as in your browser and then import the results into Excel.
