How do I allow traffic upgrades for subscriptions?

Resolution

Upgrade traffic option is available for customers in Control Panel > Upgrade Center if checkbox 'Create an overusage invoice at the end of every billing month instead of generating an overusage event only' is disabled in corresponding dedicated server hosting plan configuration on Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > Hosting Plan Name > Traffic screen.
