In current HSPcomplete version IP-addresses assigned to a VE subscription are non-downgradeable resource and could not be downgraded directly from Customer's Control Panel, the following additional actions from Provider should be performed in order to correctly downgrade number of used IP-addresses:

• ensure that the IP-address to be released is not used in the VE by some site or service;
• ensure that the VE subscription is based on Hosting plan which allows such downgrade (included number of IP-addresses in the plan is less than current usage);
• release the IP-addresses from the VE on Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > VE > Network tab screen;
• ajust the VE QoS settings accordingly on Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > VE > Configuration tab with decreasing number of IP-addresses included in Number of Static IP addresses (numstaticip) field.
