Symptoms
The following error message is reported in HSPcomplete Action log during subscription provisioning:Not enough spare static IP addresses (error# 1)Resolution
This error message is reported in case there are no free IP addresses available in corresponding IP-pools suitable for the VE or Plesk client/Plesk domain provisioning. It is required to extend existing IP pools or create a new one with free IP-addresses.
Please note, that IP addresses from IP pools assigned exclusively to some hardware nodes could be provisioned to objects located on selected hardware nodes only. To make IP pool available for all hardware nodes it is possible to click 'Edit' button on IP-pool properties screen and select 'All available hardware nodes' option.
In case the error message was reported during Plesk domain/Plesk client provisioning please check if there are free IP addresses available in Plesk hosting IP pools available for hardware node where the Plesk client/Plesk domain is located on.
In case the error message was reported during VE provisioning please check if there are free IP addresses in VE hosting IP pools available for hardware node running the VE.
To review existing IP pool configuration:
- please open Top > Service Director > IP Manager > IP Pools screen in HSPcomplete Provider's Control Center
- check 'Leases' colomn - IP pools with Leases value equal to Total value are exhausted and either should be extended or new IP pools with similar properties (the same Hosting type and the same or all hardware nodes) should be created.
