Patch Description:  Addresses the issue:

MailScanner won't run on fresh install of RHEL 3ES with update 4

Overview : MailScanner fails to run because of a missing perl module called Inline.



To resolve this issue please run the following command :

1) /usr/bin/yum -y -c /etc/yum.conf.ensim install perl-Inline

This should fix the problem.
