Details

To use Ensim Pro 4.0.0 for Windows, it is necessary to do a fresh installation of Windows 2003 and then install Ensim Pro 4.0.0. There is no upgrade available from Ensim Pro 3.6 for Windows to Ensim Pro 4.0.0 for Windows.Currently there is no support for migration from Ensim Pro 3.6 for Windows to Ensim Pro 4.0.0 for Windows.

This is true for the SXC and standalone versions of Ensim Pro 4.0.0.
