[FIX] Sitebuilder fails to publish a website to an ftp server, served by Plesk

Symptoms

Plesk 8.1.1 and Sitebuilder 3.2.1 are installed on the server. Website created with Plesk,  Domains, domain.tld,  Sitebuilder cannot be published, displaying the following error:

Cannot publish site. FTP error: An unknown error has occurred.

Resolution

This problem has been solved in Plesk version 8.2. Consider upgrading Plesk to the latest version
