[FIX] Plesk Panel does not set SPF records correctly

Symptoms

1. Create a new TXT DNS record in a domain in Plesk

2. Check the SPF radio button

3. Hit Submit

The newly created record is "~all" instead of expected "v=spf1 ~all"

Resolution

This problem has been solved in Plesk version 8.2. Consider upgrading Plesk to the latest version
