Symptoms

Urchin web statistics do not get updated. The following error is displayed in the exceptions event log:

Cause

File name of urchin configuration file is incorrectly encoded.

Resolution

1. Install attached update for Plesk 7.6.1

2. This problem has been solved in Plesk version 8.2. Consider upgrading Plesk to the latest version
