RESOLUTION

There are several ways to get OS and application templates installed on Virtuozzo hardware node:

1. You may download EZ OS and application templates from Parallels Virtuozzo Containers Templates Catalog.

You may filter templates by OS, architecture, category and other details. Downloaded RPM packages may be installed on Virtuozzo server using the command like this:

 

2. You may use 'vzup2date -t' utility to download and install standard OS and application templates from Parallels Virtuozzo repository. In Virtuozzo 4.0 you may also download EZ templates using the same utility - 'vzup2date -z'. The repository server and login credentials are defined in the /etc/sysconfig/vzup2date/vzup2date.conf file on a node or may be entered when you run the utility - use 'Configure' option. The default Virtuozzo repository is vzup2date.swsoft.com. Login credentials for repository should be obtained through your Parallels sales representative.

3. You may download standard OS and application templates from Parallels FTP server ftp://downloads.swsoft.com/templates/standard and install them manually on a node. Templates are usual RPM packages and may be installed using command like this on Virtuozzo server:
