[INFO] Handling “Access is denied”

Symptoms

The following error message is displayed:

Access is denied.

Cause

Most likely the source of this problem is in ACL permission on file system.

Resolution

Use the Filemon utility from Microsoft Sysinternals. It will help to track the exact file, process and user that experiences the problem.
