I am unable to allow a site to access Sitebuilder through the Sitebuilder module 3.0 in Plesk. The check boxes are greyed out and I can't enable them to get the custom button installed on the site's control panel. What should I do?

Resolution

To allow your customers (owners of domain administrator accounts in Plesk) to create and publish their sites on the server:

  1. In Plesk control panel, go to Modules > Remote Admin for SiteBuilder 3.
  2. Click the Resellers tab.
  3. Locate the user accounts you need, select the respective check boxes and click Allow Access.
  4. Click the Domains tab.
  5. Locate the user accounts you need, select the respective check boxes and click Allow Access.

Now your customers can access SiteBuilder for managing their accounts and sites by clicking shortcuts to SiteBuilder, which appear in their Plesk control panel.
